The feature of flowing yoga level 1 is the combination of body and soul by breathing. Through Standing, Forward bends, Backbends, Basic upside down, students can feel the flowing of spirit which helps open the joints of the body. Gradually, students will have a better sense of both their physical and mental sides. Each practice is a step of concentration; every breath is a space of calmness.
