Ashtanga Yoga

This course is the practice of primary series of Ashtanga, including Standing, Seating, Bends Forward, Hips-opening, and Switching. Accurate breathing technique within poses is main focus in this course.


During 90 minutes continuous practice, students can not only get more knowledge of Ashtanga, but also improve their strength, endurance and concentration.

★ 初级课程:适合参加过3次或以上基础101课程的学员(同时也适合各个程度的其他学员)
★★ 中级课程:适合中级程度的学员或者参加过8节以上初级课程的学员
