It focuses on improving muscle rigidity caused by fatigue and also healing the trauma by practice. The injured muscles can be relaxed and stretched to a better condition by practice of simple poses, breath and use of props. The dead cells in the body can be activated. Spine and muscle stress caused by bad habits can get relieved. Ultimately, the whole health status will be improved.
