Program Executive:
Job Scope:
1. Reports to Program Manager
2. Plans the studio time table
3. Follow up on Program Manager's initiatives
4. Administrative work
The incumbent must possess:
1. a University degree preferably in Business Management
2. a good written and spoken command of English (Native Chinese)
3. 2 years of experience in fitness, hospitality or secretarial
4. a passion for delivering compelling value to the people they serve
5. an ability to resolve problems with creativity and energy
6. a sense of reponsibility and commitment
Program Manager:
The incumbent should possess:
1. a University degree preferably in Business Management/Marketing 2. a good written and spoken command of English (Native Chinese)
3. good business acumen and business planning
4. 5 years of experience related to fitness, hospitality or secretarial
5. a passion for delivering compelling value to the people they serve
6. an ability to resolve problems with creativity and energy
7. a sense of reponsibility and commitment
Job Scope/Responsibilities:
1.Reports to CEO and Head of Program
2.Manages the commercial aspects of the team
a) planning and budgeting
b) contracts and payroll
3.Plans and executes projects
4.Leads the recruitment process
5.Guide the program executive to achieve objectives
6.Liaise with other department heads to ensure smooth studio operations
